Safety Media have recently released four new courses to our e-Learning library and another four that should be finished and available before Christmas!
All the imagery is sharp and fresh and the interactive elements are sure to keep your learners engaged and focused. As with all Safety Media titles, each course includes a built in self-test so learners can prove comprehension of material. Risk checklists are also included which will help flag up any causes for concern for employers.
The four most recent titles that we have released are:
This module introduces the basics of Stewarding, what it is and its associated legislation. You will look at the importance of following recognised procedures and acting within the law at all times.
In this module you will learn all about PPE, the different types of protection and the functions of Personal Protective Equipment, your responsibilities as an employee and the responsibilities of your employer.
These are the most common types of vehicle that are involved in accidents at work. More than a fifth of non-fatal workplace transport injuries involve a lift truck so it is imperative that the main risks are identified and a guide for safe use is given to lift truck drivers.
This course will provide your staff with the information they need to prevent a spill and where this is not possible, minimise the impact on themselves, others, your business and the environment.
WAIT – there’s more …
The courses that are coming soon will be:
Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR)
Food Safety Level 1
Working with Young People
Young People at Work
More information about these titles will be available shortly.
Not only this but we wanted the readers of our news pages to be the first to know that our revolutionary new Course Creator tool will be available for our Enterprise clients within the next couple of weeks.
